Sweet Sally Cinnamon Cookies
Recently as a gift, I was given a jar of cookie mix to which I only had to add a few ingredients. Once I read the label I realised it was from a local business from around Newcastle. Sweet Sally Cinnamon, is a company based in Durham who make these jars as a gift idea. The premise being that you only have to add a few ingredients to get perfect home baked treats!
I received the Double Chocolate Smart Cookies mix, all I needed to add was a beaten egg and 125g of soft butter.

You simply mix the ingredients together with your hands or spoon.
Bring it together to form a dough, put it in the fridge for 10 minutes. At this point preheat the oven to 190c.
Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray.
Bake for around 15 minutes or until golden. As you can see they spread quite well, so give plenty of space between each biscuit!
And there you go, lovely biscuits, perfect for a cup of tea! This is a lovely gift for maybe a family member or friend who loves to bake but never really has time to. I think there is nothing better than freshly made baked goodies!

Ps. I just want to let you know that this isn't a sponsored post and I was not sent this!
